The flange profile

Flange, also called flan•‍ge flange disc or flange. Flange is a  ☆shaft and shaft connected pa♣​£‍rts, used for the connectioεπ∑n between the pipe ends; Also useful¥← in the equipment inlet¶×¥σ and outlet flange, used for the conneφδ♦∏ction between two equipment≤♥​, such as reducer flange↑®φ∞. Flange connection or flan∞•©ge joint, refers to the flange, gπ≥✘asket and bolts are connected to ×εeach other as a group of assembly ©≤¶™sealing structure of the detacα♥Ωhable connection. Pipelin‌∑±αe flanges refer to the flange‌πs of piping devices and the inlet an↑π♦ d outlet flanges of equipment when useαγ≈d in equipment. There∞₹ are holes in the flanges and bolts♣β hold the two flange★∑€σs together. Use gasket to seal betwee ®n flanges. Flanges are ↕§divided into thread connection (thread "×α¶connection) flange, welding flange an☆♦ d clamping flange. Water pump and valve, in connectio¥✘n with the pipeline, the lo★☆♣cal equipment, also made into the ©γcorresponding flange shape, aαδlso known as the flange connection. Classification of the flange

1, according to chemical industry (H©₹→αG) standards: Solid flanges​™☆₹ (IF), threaded flanges (TH), plate ☆÷ 'flat-welded flanges (PL), butt-welded ≥✘$flanges with neck (WN), flat-welded fla↓β<nges with neck (SO), socket welded ₹β"flanges (SW), butt-welded ring >★≠εloose flanges (PJ/SE), fl∞±✔±at-welded ring loose flanges (PJ/RJ>★→₩), lining flange cover (&♥☆BL(S)), flange cover (BL).

2, according to the pe♥♦₹♥trochemical (SH) industry standard: t $ ↕hreaded flange (PT), butt welding flaβ$↓nge (WN), flat welding flange (SO),×±∞α socket welding flange (SW), loose s®¶♣¶leeve flange (LJ), flange↑" cover (not table note).

The connection form

Flange connection is the two δφ®>pipes, pipe fittings ≤&or equipment, first fixed o♥✘"n a flange, between the two flanges, p☆δlus flange gasket, wi∞λδ≈th bolts fastened together, complete th♠ "e connection. Some pipe φ₩γ★fittings and equipment have their own ‍₹✔flange, also belongs≈₩  to the flange connection. F∑₩∏lange connection is a>✘n important connection way in pipeline♦¥ construction. Flanged™σ÷ connection is easy to use and can σ∏§withstand greater press↔↑ure. In industrial piping, ↕&in the home, the pipe dia‍≥&meter is small, and the pre÷•→λssure is low, and the flange c✔★¶§onnection is invisible.
